In the case of a modular repair (when we replace a part), your data is safe.
What was on your phone stays on your phone.
As long as the motherboard isn’t damaged, there’s nothing to worry about.

To be on the safe side, we recommend backing up your device before servicing / dispatching it, if the condition allows, as we cannot guarantee the data.

We use good quality adhesive and restore your equipment to as close to factory condition as possible.
However, like the manufacturers, we do not guarantee against water damage, so we do not recommend bringing your device near water after the service process.

Our ServiceDelivery service will go nationwide to your home to collect your faulty device and deliver it to you when the repair is complete.
So you can get it repaired from the comfort of your home, without having to travel down to Szeged or Makó.

All devices are tested after repair.
If we do not receive the unlocking code you need to use the system, we cannot test it, so the entire process is left to the customer and we cannot fully enforce the warranty.

How does it work?

  1. Ordering: the courier will arrive on the working day following the order between 8 am and 5 pm.
  2. Packaging: hand over the device to the courier in the correct packaging.
  3. Inspection: the day after dispatch, we will inspect and inform you by phone of the exact repair costs.
  4. Repair: if the amount is right, we will carry out the repair.
  5. Invoicing: a fee request will be sent by email and you will receive a VAT invoice after payment.
  6. Return shipping: your device will be returned by our courier the next working day.
