Order from Service provider
1. Place an order
By filling in the form below accurately, you can submit a ServiceDriver application.
The colleagues will process it and the courier will come to the requested time and address.
2. Package delivery
The courier will arrive up to the working day following the order.
You will be notified of the exact time of arrival by phone and email.
A pre-printed label will be sent to you and you will receive the pre-packed device.
It is important that the device is sent to us without accessories.
We cannot be held responsible for accessories (e.g. case, charger, SIM card, …etc.).
3. Investigation
The next day, we receive the package and, after processing the details of the job, we start the inspection.
We will start the repair for any pre-agreed problems and contact our customer if there are new problems.
We do not perform any paid work on the device without prior consultation!
4. Repair
After the consultations, the repair of the device will begin.
If we need to order parts, we will also start the process.
Optimally, we will have it ready in 1-2 working days and forward it to our colleagues for packaging.
It’s important to know that just like our customers who come for an appointment, we also give priority to work that arrives with ServiceDelivery.
All appliances are diagnosed prior to dispatch and documentation of this is provided in the package.
5. Return
After the repair, we will either pack the device in the same packaging it was in on arrival or in new packaging, taking special care to ensure that it is not damaged during the journey.
Our partner promises that delivery will take a maximum of 1-2 working days.
6. Payment
We can manage payment in several ways.
There are also options to pay by cash on delivery and by bank transfer.
The ServiceDelivery service has a one-off cost of HUF 4 990.
If the customer does not request a repair after the inspection, an Inspection fee of 5 000 HUF will be charged.
Please indicate your VAT invoice request in advance.
We are not able to issue invoices afterwards.
