Mobilpont is a company that has been selling, buying, selling accessories and repairing devices for more than 10 years.
We are constantly expanding and have tens of thousands of satisfied customers.
Yes, we are proud to say that we have several stores, including in Szeged and Mako.
You can visit us in person during opening hours.
We sell phones, notebooks, tablets and smart devices, among many others.
Of course, we also have a wide range of accessories, including cases, covers and earphones.
Our service also repairs all of these, from a local, nationally renowned parts stock.
In addition to phones, we also sell many other products.
We also have a wide range of notebooks, games consoles and smart accessories.
If something is currently out of stock, we can order it through our network of suppliers.
So whatever device or accessory you need, we’ll make sure it gets to you!
Our Szeged, Somogyi Street shop is open every weekday from 9 am to 6 pm, and on Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm.
Our other store in Szeged is located next to the Lófara in Dugonicstéri, open every weekday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Our Makó store is located on Széchenyi tér, also on weekdays

The product ordering process is as follows:
- You select the product on the website
- You add to the basket
- On the cart page (small cart icon on the top right), select the delivery method you want
- If you request a parcel point, click on the “Select parcel point” link that appears
- In the map that pops up, use the search box to select the desired package point
- Click on the “Proceed to checkout” button
- You fill in your details
- You choose the payment method
- You accept the terms of use
- Click on the “Order” button
- Waiting for the package to arrive 🙂
Our contracted partners come to us every day around noon to collect their parcels for dispatch.
Therefore, orders placed before 10 am every day are processed the same day.
Our partners promise a 1-day turnaround time, so you can expect your parcel to arrive within 1 or up to 2 days of dispatch, in the way and place you have chosen.
The Customer will be notified of the exact arrival time by email and by telephone.
Of course, the product ordered and the corresponding documents (invoice, warranty card, etc.).
In addition:
- Factory accessories for a new product
- For a used product, a box, diagnostic papers, charging cable and SIM pin.
In all cases, you will receive the product you saw in the order process.
Pictures are taken of the actual product and will be sent out.
Any defects or damage are noted in the description and clearly visible in the pictures.
Most of our smart devices are used, but in good condition and diagnosed.
With the same 1-year warranty as if you were buying new.

If you discover a non-use-related defect in the product within the warranty period and the product is undamaged:

- Once you’ve been tested, we’ll contact you about what to do next.
We always prioritise Warranty issues so that you can get back to using the device you bought from us as soon as possible.
Cancellation is only possible within 14 days if you order online.
It is important that the product included in the cancellation is in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be undamaged and functionally perfect.
At the bottom of our website, you will find a menu with a cancellation form that you must fill in.

The warranty covers the remedy of any problems not caused by the use of the product.

The price of the films – whether glass or regenerative hydrogel – includes professional application.
Battery status can only be read accurately on Apple devices.
For other devices, an approximate value can be obtained during diagnostics.
If the battery status is below 85%, we replace it.

In the Service section of our website, you can request a ServiceRouter by filling in the form.
The Courier will arrive to you with a label. This means that it is the Customer’s responsibility to assemble and securely pack the equipment to be dispatched. The Customer will be notified of the exact arrival time by email and by telephone.
We only need the device to repair it.
Please do not send your SIM card, charger, case or other accessories (except for laptops and consoles, where a charger is required).
For a quicker and easier service, please send us a message with the necessary unlocking codes and a brief description of the fault.
We can usually resolve the problem within 1-2 working days – thanks to our huge stock of parts – but if any delay or ordering is necessary, we will always inform our Customer.
It is IMPORTANT TO KNOW that we will not fix anything that we have not agreed in advance.
Any problem that arises will be communicated to our Customer before the service process.
We offer a 1-year warranty on our installed parts.
For repairs to your own parts, this is usually 6 months, but may vary from case to case.
In all cases, we will inform you of the duration of the guarantee.
The warranty covers everything that is not a defect or functional anomaly due to use.
As well as phones, we repair notebooks, games consoles, speakers, tablets and other smart devices.
Rarely, but it happens that the courier service does not deliver the goods to the address due to logistical or human error.
In this case, please contact us and we will take care of the rest and guarantee that the problem will be solved.
